Burnham and Berrow has the great advantage of two great courses to choose from, the Championship course and the Channel course.  Both courses are links and are playable 52 weeks of the year.

Championship course:

Eighteen quality Links holes, set among the towering sand dunes on the Bristol Channel Coast, Burnham and Berrow has for over a century been the venue for many prestigious golfing events, from hosting R&A Open Qualifier events, the British Womens Amateur Championships, the Brabazon, the Tillman Trophy, the British Boys and English Championships… it remains ranked No. 1 course in Somerset.

From the 1st Tee shot you know you are somewhere special! The Course is laid out in the traditional manner with nine holes out and nine back. The first nine holes skirt the sand dunes and coastline northwards, turning in and and southwards and then following the coast road through Berrow, past the Church and back into Burnham.

The Channel Course

One of the hidden jewels of the South West, the Channel Course offers a wonderful introduction to Links Golf to everyone, from beginners to the most serious golfer. The excellent condition of the Course, means that you can enjoy a golfing challenge all year round.  Please see our society package offers.

The Practise and Coaching facilities are second to none with a warm indoor coaching studio (hitting out onto the range or into a virtual type screen if you prefer) with the state of the art video swing analysis and flight scope equipment.  The range is positioned next to the shop allowing you the luxury to hit a few balls before your lesson or you tee off plus it has a superb short game including bunkers, pot bunkers, chipping green and two putting greens.

The Pro Shop is first class too, stocking all the latest golf equipment and on trend clothing.  You will not find better in the South West.
